KS99 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia Betting

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "KS99" or "Platform" refers to the KS99 website, its services, and all related content accessible at ks99.biz.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at KS99.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any wager placed by a Member on sports matches, casino games, e-sports, or other markets offered on KS99.
• "Bankroll" refers to the cash balance in your KS99 account that is available for placing bets.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, cashback, or any financial incentive granted by KS99 to Members in accordance with the applicable promotional terms.
• "Rollover" or "Rollover" refers to the minimum wagering requirement that must be met before a bonus or any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process carried out by KS99 to confirm the legitimacy of a member's account.

To register and use the KS99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration. KS99 strictly prohibits the use of the platform by underage individuals.
• Residing in or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction with no legal restrictions on online betting.
• Registering with accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information — including your full name, identity card number, email address, and valid phone number.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion register or gambling prohibition list imposed by any regulatory authority.

KS99 reserves the right to request document verification at any time as part of the KYC process. Documents that may be required include a copy of your identity card, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active KS99 account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and will result in the following actions:

• Immediate closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Freezing and cancellation of all balances, bonuses, and outstanding winnings.
• Permanent ban from re-registering on KS99 using any personal details.

You are solely responsible for:

KS99 accepts deposits via Malaysian local payment methods only. All deposit transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name.
• KS99 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Failed deposits will be returned to the original source within 1–3 business days.
• KS99 reserves the right to decline or freeze any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.

KS99 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. The withdrawal terms are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the last deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account held in the member's name.
• Members must complete at least one full deposit cycle before their first withdrawal is permitted.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15–60 minutes; Platinum and Diamond VIP members enjoy expedited processing.

KS99 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Rollover Requirements: Every bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover requirement is clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Processing Time: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus not utilised within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each member is entitled to one offer per promotion. Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once through different accounts will be considered fraudulent.
• KS99 VIP Programme: Active members accumulate VIP points through their betting activity. VIP points can be redeemed for betting credits, cashback, or physical gifts in accordance with the current redemption policy.
• KS99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Sports Betting at KS99 covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League), badminton, cricket, e-sports, and a wide range of other sports. The general rules applicable to all types of Sports Betting are:

• Bets may only be placed before a match begins or during live betting within the timeframe set by the platform.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the KS99 system, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled and does not resume within 48 hours of the scheduled time, all bets will be refunded to the player.
• KS99 reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the event of a technical error, mispriced odds, or evidence of match manipulation.
• The maximum stake per slip is subject to market limits and the member's VIP tier.
• Parlay or accumulator bets require all legs to win for a full payout. If any leg is voided, the odds for that leg will be calculated as 1.00.

Casino games at KS99 include Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, poker), slots, and other table games. The following terms apply to all casino games:

• All casino games use a random number generator (RNG) that has been certified by an accredited independent international testing body to ensure fair play.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game can be found in the respective game information. KS99 does not modify RTP settings from the original provider's configuration.
• Any technical fault occurring during an active game will result in the affected round being voided and the wager returned to the player.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are set by the game provider, and KS99 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
• KS99 is not responsible for unfavourable game outcomes — casino games involve an element of chance and no strategy guarantees a win.

• Deposit Limits: Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in their account settings to manage their spending.
• Betting Limits: Individual betting limits may be lowered by the member at any time through the KS99 account settings.
• Account Cooling-Off: Members may choose to temporarily pause their betting activity (cool-off period) for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel that betting is negatively impacting their lives may apply for a long-term self-exclusion — this option cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

Betting should always be treated as a form of entertainment — not a source of income. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.

KS99 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration.
• Registering and using more than one account.
• Systematic abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Fraudulent activity, hacking, or any attempt to manipulate KS99's systems.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Threats or abusive language directed at KS99 support staff.

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting the KS99 support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KS99 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of betting or playing casino games on the platform.
• Damages or losses arising from system failures, Internet disruptions, or technical faults beyond KS99's control.
• Decisions made by members based on information or tips obtained from third parties, including the Betting Tips section on KS99, which is provided for informational purposes only.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

Should any dispute arise in connection with the use of the KS99 platform, the following process must be followed:

• Step 1 – Contact Support: Members should first contact the KS99 customer support team via live chat, WhatsApp, or email at support@ks99.biz, providing full details of the dispute.
• Step 2 – Internal Investigation: KS99 will conduct an internal review and provide a response within 5 business days.
• Step 3 – Appeal: If a member is dissatisfied with a decision, an appeal may be submitted to KS99 management within 14 days of the original decision date.
• KS99's final decision on any game dispute is conclusive and binding.
